Kinsey Russell is a lifelong Pitt County local and the daughter of Rocky Russell, one of Greenville's most successful contractors and developers. Growing up around the construction and real estate industry gave Kinsey a deep understanding of what makes a home — from the foundation up.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Kinsey obtained her real estate license and went to work as a Superintendent and Project Manager at Rocky Russell Builders, Inc. This hands-on experience in construction management gave her an edge that few agents possess — she understands not just the market, but the craftsmanship behind every home she represents.
She founded Kinsey Russell Real Estate, LLC to focus on what matters most: tailored client experiences built on professionalism, dependability, and transparency. Whether you're a first-time buyer navigating new construction or a seasoned homeowner looking to sell, Kinsey brings the same level of dedication and personal attention to every transaction.
Today, the firm serves Greenville, Winterville, Farmville, Ayden, and the surrounding communities of Eastern North Carolina — with a portfolio that includes new construction by Rocky Russell Builders as well as resale properties across Pitt County.
